Trapping: Make a solution of 1 L of protein hydrolysate with 1 L of water and the recommended dose of an appropriate insecticide, and pour 250-300 cc of this solution into each trap. The traps should be hung on the south side of the tree, at a height of approximately 1.5 to 2 m, and within the canopy. If the water in the trap evaporates, refill the trap. Depending on the density of the pest population, the number of traps used per hectare varies. In low densities, 20 trap/ha, in average densities, 40 trap/ha and in high densities, 80 trap/ha can be used.
